Spelled with yogurt and honey. Ingredients: 1 cup boiled spelled, 1/2 pot of yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey. Preparation: Soak the spelled in the evening yogurt and leave it in the fridge. In the morning, add to it honey (optional you can enrich with fresh or dried fruit, muesli or nuts) and enjoy a delicious and healthful breakfast!
